1-on-1 Private Personal Training: We offer private personal training sessions for people who prefer not to workout in a group setting. Spaces and times are limited.

Small Group Personal Training: If you find it hard to get motivated to workout on your own, you will love our Small Group Personal Training. These fun and enjoyable private training sessions provide all the benefits of 1-on-1 Personal Training – motivation, encouragement, instruction, and accountability – with the added benefit of social support.

These extremely effective sessions are limited in size, so you get the same individualized instruction and supervision as you would with one-on-one training - at a 1/3 the cost!

The "Eating Right Made Easy" Nutrition Program: This is the ultimate solution for those of you who need and want the guidance, encouragement, accountability, and support to permanently transform your body. You will be assigned your very own Personal Nutrition Consultant who will be there to educate, motivate, and guide you every step of the way.

Unlike other nutrition programs, we don't just tell you what you should be eating. Our goal is to educate you about proper nutrition and help you choose the best food options and the appropriate portion sizes based on the foods of your choice!

This means you don’t have to follow some restrictive diet or purchase any special foods. You get to eat 4 to 6 times per day using healthy and nutritious foods that you want to eat. You can even occasionally have some of your favorite “bad” foods from time to time and we even show you how to eat at fast food places and restaurants without feeling guilty!
