Our philosophy about exercise and nutrition is based on the simple fact that people will do things that make them feel good and will try to avoid things that make them feel bad. Yet most people and unfortunately most personal trainers, take the opposite approach when it comes to training.

Most people think the more time they spend in the gym, the more results they will get and most personal trainers think the harder they push their clients, the better the results. This is why extreme bootcamps and cross-training classes have become so popular lately.

In the short term this is true, but for long term goals and to achieve lasting fitness results the opposite is true. It will be only so long before you get injured or simply burn out well short of your end goal.

At Easy Fitness, we believe exercise should be fun and enjoyable. We think it should make you feel good, not bad, so we definitely don't follow the old “no pain, no gain” approach to working out. We believe in working smarter and more efficiently rather than harder and longer.

We use non-traditional movement based exercises that are fun yet challenging enough to make changes to the body. By combining the most effective strength and cardio training along with a mix of pilates and yoga type exercises and stretches, we are able to accomplish more in 30 minutes than most people do in an hour and a half of working out.

Plus our clients have a blast. Many of our clients say that our training sessions are TOO MUCH FUN to be called workouts!
