  2. ok, I am the laziest person in the world, and not fit at all, and let me tell you, this is the ONLY video that gets and keeps me motivated to do all the exercises till the end of it. The only thing I struggle with is the squats. I have bad joints, but all the rest of it is awesome, and Im sweating and completely worked out by the end of it. Im even looking a little thinner, Im serious, its only been a week of me doing this everyday for 30 minutes.

  19. I'm 26 with three boys. I just had my youngest son 9 months ago and I'm so super insecure about my body. I went from a dancer in highschool. I huge runner until I had my second son 2 years ago. I went from being 5"2' 125 to being that short and 155. I've been working this into my DAILY morning routine for a week now and it's making me so pumped to stay on top of this, this time. Every time I want to give up I hear him say "keep going". Haha. Love this!

  20. loved this workout! Thank you! I'm over 300 pounds as well, and this workout is perfect for me. I'm trying to stay encouraged and will be using this workout for a while. Thanks!

  21. Daniel, I just wanted to say thank you for your workout video for the body project. I just started this workout and it was pretty interesting. I just started working out about two months ago and I was trying to find a low impact cardio workout for beginners and I think I might have found it. right now my current weight is 269 and you are a wonderful encourager. Thank you and God bless 🏃🏃🏃🏃💃💃💃💃😊😊😊😊

  22. I am loving your videos. In the past year and a half I've lost 70lbs by eating right and walking / running outdoors and on the treadmill. I was looking for something to change up my work outs a bit, and target some other muscles. This is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you!

  23. This is my first time trying this, and I think I did pretty good! I have bad joints all over so this was much appreciated. Also like how many of the exercises are fighting moves. Makes me feel like I'm doing something, not just exercising for the sake of exercising. It shows one way to apply it.

Only problem I'm having is how to enter it into my calorie tracker haha. I'm 4'11 and 180 lb. Any ideas?

~70 lb to go, wish me luck!

  24. Hi, my name is Iris and I'm 22 years old. I'm 155 lbs and the heaviest I've ever been… I had my son 3 years ago and have just been packing on the pounds ever since. I feel very uncomfortable, ugly and fat. This video is the most motivational one I've seen and I think I want to stick to it and start a healthier life style. But idk where to go from here… I want to work out to this video every day now until I'm ready for something more intense. Any tips?

  25. Just did this one for about the 4th time in less than a month. Its perfect for me! Not too exhaustive, not to dificult, but hard work, I can feel it. I really feel i am working and burning fat. I have recommended my friends,.

  26. 6 years ago i spent six months in the hospital most of which i was kept unconscous due to major illness. Being in a bed that long left my feet facing in the down position and my leg muscles terribly atrophied. After therapy and getting able to walk again i found my balance was left in terrible shape and my ability to stand on one leg and support my weight was iffy at best. Since i have returned to about 75 percent of where i used to be except for my balance and strength and coordination, this particular cardio is doable for me and allows me to work those areas i need to regain my coordination and control. I lift weights as well but that is for strength. I also have copd so i slow down on a lot of these exercises to regain lung funtion but keep going ,which is recommended for copd sufferers . So thanks for this video and your encouragement,im sure it helps a tremendous amount of people as well as myself!
