  30. I walk for weight loss I do it on my treadmill in my basement I have a projector that takes up an entire wall and I have a playlist of nature walks that are 45- to an hour long and I walk to this on very hot days when it is not all that hot I walk my neighborhood which is very hilly.

  38. how often shod u make videos? as often as u please. life can b very busy and hectic and ive heard that makin vids can very time consuming, so make em wen u wan to and u can. dont pressure urself to pump out vids as the quality will falter, seen this doen many times.
