What's the difference between Easy Fitness and other personal trainers, bootcamps, and fitness classes?



The #1 difference is that Easy Fitness is much, much more than just personal training. To put is as simply as possible, the Easy Fitness program is a comprehensive weight loss program that combines personal training with a structured nutrition program and lifestyle and weight loss counseling.

One of the main reasons most of our clients choose us is because our workouts are specifically designed to be achievable for people of any age or fitness level yet still be effective enough to lose weight. While most fitness classes tout how hard or extreme their workouts are, we are very proud of the fact that our clients truly enjoy our workouts because they are doable for the average person. At Easy Fitness you don’t have to worry about keeping up with the fitness junkies found at most fitness classes and being embarrassed because you can’t keep up with everyone else. At the same time you will always walk away with a strong sense of accomplishment because you know you had an extremely effective workout.

Although our clients love our workouts, workouts can only help so much when it comes to weight loss. No matter how much you workout, you can never outwork poor nutrition habits. At the same time, diets are only effective in the short term and it is impossible to stick to any diet that is restrictive and makes you feel deprived. This is the reason why our "Eating Right Made Easy" Nutrition Program is so effective. It is a realistic nutrition program that is designed to educate you on how you can make healthy eating a part of your life without feeling restricted and deprived.

The key difference between our program and other options though is that the Easy Fitness program is a goal-based based program. People come to us to reach their fitness goal and we make sure they reach it. Every week you will meet for a weigh-in and to discuss nutrition and lifestyle changes. Any questions you have will be answered. If you have any struggles or problems, you can count on us to work with you to find solution. When you are going through rough times and want to give up, we will be there to encourage and support you. When you miss a workout, we will be there to make sure you get back in the next day. Whatever you need, we will be there with you every step of the way to make sure you reach your fitness goal.

How long will it take me to get the results I want?



This completely depends on you and your level of commitment. The more committed you are, the faster you will lose weight. It is not uncommon for our clients to lose 25 lbs in their first 12 weeks. On average most clients lose 1-2 lbs per week. But more importantly, almost every client reaches their goal, whether it took 12 weeks or 12 months. It just depends on the pace you feel most comfortable with.

How do you make getting in shape easy?



To put it as simply as possible, we remove all the guesswork out of getting shape. This means you don’t have to wonder if you are eating the right foods, the right amount of calories, the right ratios of carbohydrates, proteins and fats - because we figure out all these things for you. This also means you don’t have to wonder what exercises you should be doing, if you are doing the right amount of weight, the right number of sets and reps, the right type of cardio, etc. All you have to do is come in 2-3 times per week for 30 minutes and follow your personalized nutrition program and at the end of the program you’ll discover a fitter, thinner, healthier you! It’s as easy as that!

I don’t really want to lose weight, I just want to tone-up. Do you have a program for me?



Definitely! Since we customize your fitness program to meet your goals, any of our programs would work for you.

How often do I have to come in per week?



We strongly recommend a minimum of three times but you can still get results if you came in twice a week.

Does your gym get crowded?



We are not a gym or health club so we never get crowded. We are a small and discreet Private Fitness Studio where you can feel safe and comfortable working out.

Are you going to try and pressure me into buying a huge package of sessions or locking me into a contract?



We will NEVER pressure you into anything. If you’ve come to us, it’s because you want to get into shape and reach your fitness goal. All we will do is help you find the solution that is right for you. We do have larger packages and membership programs that can save you money but we will never, ever, push you into doing anything you don’t want to do. We strongly recommend that you look at your finances before coming in so that we can help you choose a solution that you know you can afford.

What are my options as far as rates and packages?

You basically have 2 options as far as pricing is concerned. You can either purchase a Sessions Based Program or you can enroll in our Membership Program.

Our minimum Sessions Based Program is 4 weeks although most of our clients usually choose our 12 or 24 week programs. If you have a goal that may take longer than 24 weeks to achieve, we can customize a program for you.

Rates for our Small Group Personal Training start as low as $25 a session and INCLUDE OUR NUTRITION PROGRAM at no additional charge. This includes weekly weigh-ins and nutrition discussions as well as our "Eating Right Made Easy" Nutrition Program. We do have monthly payment plans as well as a discount for paying in full which can save you even more money.

The second option is our most popular and most affordable program. It is an Membership Program where you pay a set flat monthly rate depending on how many sessions you would like to come in per week. For Small Group Personal Training the Membership Monthly rates are as followed:

  • $249 a month for twice a week training
  • $349 a month for three times a week training

The key difference between this program and our Sessions Based Program is that you are not allowed make-up sessions if you can’t make your scheduled sessions. This is great for clients who need accountability and most of our clients find it is well worth the trade-off for all the money they save.

Keep in mind our rates INCLUDE OUR NUTRITION PROGRAM. This adds tremendous value considering that our Small Group Training rates are already half that of traditional 1-on-1 Personal Training and a typical nutrition consultation is $150 a session.

I found a trainer who charges less than you. Will you price match?

NO! Please do not even ask. Our rates were created to be as fair as possible while still delivering the highest quality service possible.

If you are comparing prices, please make sure you are comparing apples to apples.

One of the biggest mistakes most people make is assuming that all personal trainers are equal. This unfortunately isn’t true. Most personal trainers can give you a great workout but very few can deliver the results they promise.

 The simplest way to determine if a personal trainer can get you the results you want is to ask for proof. If they can’t show you before and after photos of the clients they’ve worked with, you are better off looking elsewhere.

Our program consistently gets our clients the results they couldn't get anywhere else. We have worked with people of all ages, fitness levels, injuries, etc. (see our Before and After Gallery ) and can help you too.

We strongly advise you to do as much research as much as possible before contacting us. This is the only way you will be able to see the true value of our program and realize just how cost effective it truly is.

If you do your research, what you will find is that the top personal trainers (who consistently get results) charge an average of $75 to $150 per session and that most nutritionists charge a minimum of $150 a session. In comparison, our program can get you the same results at half the cost!

How long are your sessions?



Each session is 30 minutes long. Depending on how long you stretch for and if you choose to do additional cardio after your personal training session, you should be in and out of the studio within 45 minutes to an hour max.

Other personal trainer's sessions are an hour, why are yours only 30 minutes?



Because we use the most effective exercise combinations possible, you simply don’t need to do more. In fact, most new research shows that if you exercise the right way you simply don’t need more - if your goal is weight loss. Traditional personal training was used for male bodybuilders who really needed to train harder and longer in order to build big muscles. This is the reason most personal training sessions are 1 hour. If your goal is to be big and muscular, then the longer sessions are better, but if your goal is to be lean and fit, shorter is better.

What’s the difference between your program and a bootcamp?



The first thing is we don’t try to kill you for an hour at 5 am in the morning. The biggest difference though is that Small Group Personal Training is actually personal training. You are closely supervised by a personal trainer who is right there to make sure you are using correct form. We have a 1 to 3 average trainer to client ratio compared to a 2 to 20 with a bootcamp. You also get encouragement and support rather than getting yelled or shouted at. We also have more equipment options since we are in our private training studio. Plus we are never limited due to weather or other conditions out of our control.

What are your hours?



We are an appointment-only based studio so our hours vary depending on our clients training schedule. We open as early as 6 am and stay open as late 9 pm Monday through Friday and 8 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. Most of our Small Group Training Sessions are between 6 am to 10 am and 5 pm to 8 pm.

I’m a woman who gains muscle easily, will I become muscular on your program?



This is a very common question and the answer is NO! We do full body functional training along with a mix of pilates and yoga type exercises that create a firm and lean body that is balanced and symmetrical. Many gym trainers still use traditional bodybuilding type exercises that isolate the muscles and can create a bulky look. This is the reason so many women are scared of doing any type of weight training. This is definitely something you don’t have to worry about at Easy Fitness.

What if I’ve never exercised before?



No problem. Since all of our programs are customized, we can create an exercise program for anyone regardless of your age or fitness level.

I already have a nutrition program that I follow, can I still train at Easy Fitness?



Absolutely!!! Our goal is for you to have success – period! We have helped many clients who were on Weight Watchers, Lindora, Jenny Craig, and other nutrition programs. We can also work with your Nutritionist, Dietician, or Doctor to make sure your eating and exercise program are aligned correctly. We’re all about teamwork!

I have a bad back (or other type of injury), can I still work out?



As long as you have medical clearance from your doctor or physical therapist, we can customize your workouts accordingly. We have helped many clients who have had previous injuries successfully get in shape. If you do have some type of injury or physical problem that would hinder your progress with us, we do network with some amazing doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, and other medical and wellness professionals who can help you.
