  5. Glad this workout is over. I tried this after I already did a HITT workout and this did not go well at all.

  24. i'm getting frustrated and unmotivated because i've been doing blogilates every day for 2 months now and i have been eating EXTREMELY healthy, but i haven't seen any results. am i doing something wrong????
