 The Easy Fitness Take-Home Program

For those of you don’t live close to our studio, or who are on a tight budget or have an unpredictable schedule - this program was designed specifically for you. If you can make it to our studio just twice a month, we can help you finally achieve your fitness goals.

Forget reading fitness magazines or scouring the internet for complicated workouts that just don’t feel right and never seem to get you the results promised. With this program we take all the guesswork out of getting in shape.

This program includes our Eating Right Made Easy” Nutrition Program PLUS a Customized Fitness Program that can be designed to be done anywhere you want – your home, the office, a park, or even at your own gym or health club. 

It doesn’t matter if you have never worked out in your life or have been a gym rat since you were a kid, we can design effective fitness programs regardless of your age, lifestyle, or fitness level.            

This is the perfect program if you are motivated to work out but just aren’t sure if you are doing the most effective things necessary in order to reach your fitness goal.  

This program will teach you:                    

-How to properly warm-up and stretch
-The proper form and technique to use
-EXACTLY how many exercises to do
-EXACTLY how to perform each exercise
-EXACTLY how many sets to do
-EXACTLY how many reps to do
-Exactly how much weight to use
-EXACTLY how long to rest between sets
-EXACTLY how fast to perform each rep
-PLUS you’ll be given the exact cardio routine you need to achieve your fitness goal!

 In addition to your customized nutrition and fitness plan, this program includes follow-up sessions once every 2 weeks to ensure your progress and make any necessary changes to avoid plateaus.
