Metabolic Profile and Assessment (MPA):

The MPA is the most important step required for you to reach your fitness goal. It allows us to establish a proper starting point and a specific time frame for you to safely and effectively reach your goal weight.

The MPA includes:

Your Metabolic Profile: This is the key to The Easy Fitness Metabolic Profile System. By using the latest and most advanced equipment and technology, we are able to effectively measure your unique metabolism. With this knowledge we are able to determine exactly how many calories you need to be eating and how much exercise you need to be doing in order for you to reach your goal weight. With out this number you are simply guessing and may never reach your fitness goal.

Complete Body Composition Analysis: Find out what those numbers on the scale really mean. Scale weight only gives you part of the picture. By determining your exact body fat percentage we can get a more accurate picture of how much weight you really need to lose.

Fitness Assessment: We do not perform the typical torture tests most personal trainers do. That’s because we aren’t here to tell you what horrible shape you are in (like most trainers do). We’re here to help assess what changes you need to do in order to accelerate your results.  Many of our clients were actually surprised by how good they felt after this assessment.

Flexibility Assessment: Find out if you have any flexibility issues which can affect your health and current fitness level. Inflexibility increases your risk for joint and muscle injuries and is often the cause of lower back pain.

Exercise Knowledge and Technique Assessment: Through this exercise review, you will be able to find out if you are doing the most effective exercises for your fitness goal as well as how to do them with the proper form and technique. You also learn what it really means to “Exercise Smarter, Not Harder” and why you have not been getting the results you want with your current exercise routine.

Find out if you are really making progress. Scale weight can't tell you how much muscle you've gained or fat you've lost (you can gain 2 lbs of muscle and lose 2 lbs of fat but you would still weigh exactly the same). Only a Body Composition Analysis can accurately tell you what those numbers on the scale really mean.
