That’s right, with this program YOU CHOOSE THE FOODS YOU WANT TO EAT!!!Unlike other programs, we don't just tell you what you should be eating. Our goal is to educate you about proper nutrition and help you choose the best food options and the appropriate portion sizes based on the foods of your choice!
You just tell us what you want to eat (we will recommend the healthiest options but the choice is yours) and we will do all the calculations for you - no worrying about counting calories, carbs, or fat grams if you don’t want to.
This means you don’t have to follow some restrictive diet, count points, or purchase any special foods. You get to eat 5 to 6 meals per day using healthy and nutritious foods that you want to eat.
You can even occasionally have some of your favorite “bad” foods from time to time and we even show you how to eat at fast food places and restaurants without feeling guilty!
