You say you make fitness easy but what
exactly do you do?
We teach people how they can lose weight and get in shape through
time efficient exercise and simple but effective nutritional strategies. We
offer educational seminars and workshops, fitness and nutrition consulting,
small group personal training and 1-on-1 personal training.
How do you make
fitness / weight loss easy?
By using The Easy Fitness Metabolic Profile System, we are able to
help you transform your body and life by creating a customized fitness and
nutrition program based on your unique metabolism.
By knowing your unique metabolism, we can remove all the guesswork
out of losing weight and getting in shape.
This means you don’t have to wonder
if you are eating the right foods, the right amount of calories, the right
ratios of carbohydrates, proteins and fats - because we figure out all these
things for you.
This also means you don’t have to wonder what exercises you should
be doing, if you are doing the right amount of weight, the right number
of sets and reps, the right type of cardio, etc.
We will design a specific
workout based on your individual fitness level, your current lifestyle, and
your time availability.
I work 10 to 12 hour
days and have a very busy schedule, can I still do this program?
With The Easy Fitness “Take-Home” Program we can design a short but effective workout
that you can do from your home or office in as little as 20 minutes three times
a week. You also would only need to come in to our
studio once every 2 weeks for metabolic testing and program adjustments. This program
is specifically designed to fit your life, no matter how busy you are.
Does your gym get
crowded?
We are not a gym or health club so we never
get crowded. We are a small and discreet Private Fitness Studio where you can
feel safe and comfortable working out.
How much do you charge
per session and what types of packages do you have?
We do not charge by session and we do not sell packages. All of
our programs are goal based. This means that the program length is based on the
approximate time it will take you to reach your desired goal.
Unlike most nutritionists and personal trainers, our goal is not
to keep selling you packages of consulting or training sessions. Our goal is to
help you achieve your fitness goal, not to keep you as a client forever.
Although our rates are comparable to other nutritionists and
personal trainers, our program is unlike what anyone else is offering.
I’m on a tight budget,
do you have any affordable options?
Because our goal is to make our services affordable for everyone,
we have created several options to fit almost every budget.
Our most affordable option is our Weight Loss Made Easy Workshop, followed
by The Easy Fitness “Take-Home” Program.
If you are interested in Personal Training, our Small Group Personal
Training is a very affordable option at half the cost of 1-on-1 Personal Training.
What if I’ve never
exercised before?
No problem. Since all of our programs are customized, we can create
an exercise program for anyone regardless of your age or fitness level.
I already know how to
eat right, can I just train with a personal trainer?
No. All of our programs are complete fitness and nutrition programs.
We have had many, many clients who ate very healthy foods but had
no idea how many calories they were burning or consuming. This is the number one reason people fail to reach
their fitness goal even though they are eating healthy and exercising regularly.
