The most difficult thing was keeping track of my eating habits. Overall, I knew what good nutrition was but I had trouble with some of my decision making.

What do you like best about the program?
First of all, I need
to applaud the commitment and dedication that David and his trainers have to
their clients. The best part was David! He took the time to understand me and
all my "excuses." David made my workouts challenging (just the way I
like it) but must of all FUN!!! I also enjoyed the Nutrition Counseling, which
helped me organize my meals and understand the importance of all three
macronutrients - vital for energy!

I have found not
only a personal trainer, but a mentor who truly believes in health and fitness.
In every workout session, David displayed a motivating coaching technique like
no other trainer I've ever met. This was the fuel to keep me focused on my
goal. I finally broke through my plateau!
What advice would
you give to some of our clients who are just starting out?
Determination is the
key to success. You already have the dedicated coach on your team. Together,
you can make it happen. If you are determined, you WILL reach your goal.

No matter how busy
you are, you can always make time to take care of the most important thing that
keeps you alive...your health! It is very easy to make excuses and not workout,
but with these guys help it's easy to make fitness a habit that becomes part of
your life.
