  11. GUYS!! I have been doing this exercise and the 10 min abs workout every day for the past 8 days and I already notice a tiny difference which is amazing. My legs have a tiny bit more shape and my stomach has a very very light line down the middle which I never had before so it does work but it will take some effort. The results are small at first but after a week or two you should se some differences. Keep at it!!!
